The desire to become an instructor naturally arrived after discovering his passion for winter sports. For Paul, passing on his love for ski is what he does best in life. His teaching method relies on constantly encouraging and motivating his students.

Paul discovered skiing and the resort of Menuires thanks to his father around 20 years ago. He also participated in ski competitions with the sports club of Menuires up until 16. In addition to being an instructor, on the weekend, he works as the club’s coach. The combination of those two jobs is a way for him to share his experience and help students be happy during their everyday lives. For him, the ESF conveys certain values such as respect, sharing, conviviality and professionalism.

His best teaching memories are the off-piste outings mainly for the sensations and the unique setting. His favorite slopes include Covili, Jerusalem, Douillet and 4 vents.
