In order to make the most of his love for mountains and have a permanent contact with people, Jean-François turned towards the profession of ski instructor and joined the team of ESF Menuires in 2001. What he likes most about his job is to convince people who were refractory to the practice of skiing and transmit his passion with them. On skis since the age of 3, he participated in a few competitions and even stepped on the podium in junior competitions. 

When we ask him what are the best words to describe the ESF, Jean-François directly thinks of professionalism, responsible, security and progress. In addition to his work at the resort, Jean-François works as a sedentary stallholder. These two activities make it possible for him to always meet new people. 

His favourite area is the Masse.
