From the age of 3, this great sportsman was already discovering the pleasures of skiing in the heart of French ski resorts. What he loves so much about his job is being able to rediscover the mountain environment, its flora and fauna, every year, and to share his skills with other curious people.

Today, Frédéric has been teaching downhill skiing to children and adults of all levels for over 38 years. He adapts his teaching, so that everyone can feel confident by his side. As an ESF instructor in Les Menuires since 2002, he knows every nook and cranny of this beautiful 3 Vallées resort.

His favourite slope is the Fred Covili red run at the top of La Masse, but he's also happy to show his students the blue runs of Mont de la Chambre. In the summer, Frédéric suits up as a lifeguard by the sea. Apart from skiing, he spends his free time hiking in the mid and high mountains, snowshoeing and cycling, his other hobbies.
